Registration

📢 All presenters and co-authors are required to register separately and pay the conference fee (see details below).

To formalize the participation you must fill the mandatory fields in this registration form by March 7, 2025. Payment can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or PayPal. If you choose to pay by bank transfer, please ensure that your name and the registration reference received by email are clearly indicated in the subject line.

Conference fees 

• Presentation + dinner: €170

• Presentation (without dinner): €110

Registration Fee for PhD and Master's Students (proof of student status must be provided during registration)

• Presentation + dinner: €120

• Presentation (without dinner): €60

Attendance* without presentation (with attendance certificate and conference pack): €40

*General attendance to all sessions will be completely free.

The registration fee includes

• Invitation letter for visa purposes (if needed)

• Conference materials (conference pack)

• Coffee breaks

• Certificate of attendance and participation

• Publication of the paper as an open-access book chapter by the University of Granada Publishing House**

• Cultural program (excluding the Alhambra night visit, which requires an additional fee of €20)

** All papers will undergo peer review prior to publication.

During registration, you will select all the cultural program activities you wish to attend, including the conference dinner (€60). ✨The Alhambra night visit is available for an additional fee of €20. In the registration form, you will also be asked to provide details for the invoice, dietary requirements, and proof of student status (if applicable).
